All one-on-one yoga therapy sessions are held online via Jane App.
Please contact for a 'meet and greet' session, these sessions are no cost* and lets you ask any questions that you want to know about yoga therapy.
Ideally intake forms are completed before the first yoga therapy session.
Please have your camera set up on your phone, tablet or computer so that you can be seen.
It is best that you are somewhere private so that you can speak and move freely.
Yoga therapy can require five to ten sessions to see measurable results.
Online small group via Zoom and online one-on-one via jane app or Zoom
Private Yoga Classes: for those who want some extra attention, who feel uncomfortable in a group setting or have mobility issues. Private classes will focus on your personalized abilities but will not be yoga therapy.
Corporate Yoga Classes: I am able to provide group classes at your place of business, as well as workshops targeted to your employees.
Private Meditation Classes: I offer one-on-one meditation classes.
